My attempt in the gryph attack event
GRYPH ATTACK!
Several Gryph Stryx have migrated into new territories seeking mates, all highly aggressive and dangerous during this part of the year! They'll attack anyone and anything that would compete with them for the resources of the land, and if they aren't captured, many Stryx will die, and villages could be destroyed!
Taking things into their own talons, the Stryx launch into battle, to defend their territories and the lives of their riders!

Draw or write a story featuring your Stryx chasing or doing battle with one of the following Gryphs! 
(full body, colored, background, rider optional)
OR
(1000 word minimum for stories)

You must own a Stryx in order to participate!
The Gryph should be at least 50% visible.
All other Stryx in the image should be at least 75% visible.
You may draw up to 3 Stryx in one image.
